1 paire de rampes robustes avec bord
1 pair of heavy-duty ramps with edges

Length 2985 mm Inner width: 340 mm Outer width: 400 mm Rim height: 39 mm Total height: 115 mm Weight per pair: 49 kg Minimum width of tyres/chains: 200 mm Load capacity per pair with an axle distance of * 1000 mm: 2500 kg * 1500 mm: 3000 kg * 2000 mm: 4500 kg For a better understanding, the total height, edge height, outer and inner width are shown in the sketch (value A: inner width, value B: outer width, value C: edge height, value D: total height). Optionally, the heavy-duty ramp can be supplied with or without a rim; there is no price difference between the two variants. If the rails are designed without a rim, the corrugated surface is welded flush with the upper edge of the side profiles during ramp production. Please note that the tyres or chains of the vehicle driving onto the ramp must have a minimum width of 200 mm! The ramp is attached by means of an aluminium bracket (see picture) that can be hooked between the tail lift and the floor of a trailer. The clamp can be flexibly pushed in and out sideways under the ramp rail. The clamp is secured against unintentional slipping out with two plastic caps. For all heavy-duty ramps, there is a choice of one of the support heads shown below – either the standard head (designation in the figure: L), hook head (G), end head with pipe (T) or end head with bearing (A).
