Optionally, the heavy-duty ramp can be supplied with or without a rim; there is no price difference between the two variants. If the rails are designed without a rim, the corrugated surface is welded flush with the upper edge of the side profiles during ramp production.
Please note that the tyres or chains of the vehicle driving onto the ramp must have a minimum width of 200 mm!
The ramp is attached by means of an aluminium bracket (see picture) that can be hooked between the tail lift and the floor of a trailer. The clamp can be flexibly pushed in and out sideways under the ramp rail. The clamp is secured against unintentional slipping out with two plastic caps.
For all heavy-duty ramps, there is a choice of one of the support heads shown below – either the standard head (designation in the figure: L), hook head (G), end head with pipe (T) or end head with bearing (A).
