Optionally, the heavy-duty ramps can be ordered with or without an edge; there is no price difference between the two variants. If the rails are designed without a border, the corrugated surface is welded flush with the upper edge of the side profiles during ramp production.
Please note that the tyres or chains of the vehicle driving onto the ramp must have a minimum width of 200 mm!
The ramp is attached by means of an aluminium bracket (see picture) that can be hooked between the tail lift and the floor of a trailer. The bracket can be slid in and out laterally under the ramp rail. It is secured against unintentional slipping out with two plastic caps.
All heavy-duty ramps can be fitted with one of the support heads shown below – either the standard head (designation in the illustration: L), hook head (G), end head with tube (T) or end head with bearing (A).
