full grates
Solid gratings are manufactured using the same process as press-locked gratings. Bearing and cross bars are pressed together under high pressure, are the same height and are each slotted down to the centre of the bar. The identical surface formation on both sides makes these solid gratings particularly suitable for railing infill panels, as facade cladding, suspended ceilings, partition walls and much more. The bearing bars are those that rest on the supporting substructure at both ends and whose underside is unslotted. The edging is made of flat iron. The permissible loads correspond to 80% of the load values of press-locked gratings. Maximum manufacturable grating sizes: bearing bar direction: 3000 mm cross bar direction: 1200 mm
Possible bearing and cross bars: 25/2, 30/2, 35/2, 40/2, 30/3, 35/3, 40/3, 50/3, 60/3 mm
Possible mesh sizes: 30/30, 30/40, 30/60, 40/30, 40/40, 40/60, 60/30, 60/40 mm You can download our enquiry form for gratings here
