Made-to-measure hot-dip galvanised designer gratings – safe, sturdy and attractive

E-Stahl designer gratings are manufactured using 30/2 mm support bars. Instead of conventional infill bars, pressed angle sections measuring 30×10×2 mm are used. This results in a grating height of approx. 32 mm. Our designer gratings are made to measure. The maximum size is 1000 × 1000 mm. For added stability and a clean appearance, all sides are fitted with edge trims: Support bar direction: flat steel 30/5 mm Filler bar direction: angle profile 30×10×2 mm The result is an attractive surface – ideal for demanding applications. Even in elevated structures, the gratings provide a pleasant screen from view from below.
