Hot-dip galvanised malleable iron pipe couplings
Create stable pipe constructions of the highest quality at a reasonable price. Fast, effective and variable! Most of the pipe connectors are also type-tested by TÜV Rheinland.
Highly cost-effective – few tools – no welding – no special techniques! With a little manual dexterity, you can easily assemble your construction yourself and save on expensive tradesmen. All components are simply screwed together. E-stahl has been selling tube connectors on the European market for many years. Quality is E-stahl's top priority.
Our company has been certified by TÜV Rheinland according to ISO 9001 since 2007. Benefit from our decades of experience as a master workshop. Our product line consists of weldless pipe connectors, made of a proven and resilient malleable iron according to BS EN 1562:1997. The high quality standard during production is the basis for the reliable absorption of high static forces and the guarantee of stable connection nodes with a clean appearance and the best corrosion resistance thanks to the highly durable galvanisation (hot-dip galvanised according to BS EN ISO1461:1999). The reliable frictional connection and pull-off strength is guaranteed by the use of the highest quality self-tapping screws. Our pipe connectors are available in five sizes. The first three digits describe the connector type, the last two digits the pipe size, whereby the decimal place is omitted. For example, the following order number is used for the right-angle bend and a pipe to be used in 48.3 mm (corresponds to 1 1/2 inch trade description): 125-D48
