Optionally, the heavy-duty ramps can be supplied with or without an edge; there is no price difference between the two variants. If the rails are designed without a rim, the corrugated surface is welded flush with the upper edge of the side profiles during ramp production.
Please note that the tyres or chains of the vehicle driving onto the ramp must have a minimum width of 300 mm!
The ramp is secured with a chain (see pictures). This is placed on the bracket welded under the ramp and attached to a suitable fastening point on the vehicle.
All heavy-duty ramps can be fitted with one of the support heads shown below – either the standard head (designation in the figure: L), hook head (G), end head with tube (T) or end head with bearing (A).
