Optionally, the heavy-duty ramp can be ordered with or without a rim. The special price for this ramp model is only valid for the version with a rim, and the rimless version is subject to a surcharge. If the rails are designed without a rim, the corrugated surface is welded flush with the upper edge of the side profiles during ramp production.
Please note that the tyres or chains of the vehicle driving onto the ramp must have a minimum width of 200 mm!
The ramp is attached by means of a universal steel bracket (see pictures), which can be hooked between the tail lift and the floor of a trailer. The bracket is attached to a crossbar under the ramp rail, can be moved sideways and is secured against slipping out; if necessary, it can be removed.
For all heavy-duty ramps, one of the support heads shown below is available - either the standard head (designation in the figure: L), hook head (G), end head with tube (T) or end head with bearing (A).
